Dave Mikeal - From Orlando Florida. David started classical piano lessons when he was 6 years old and started writing music not long after that. At age 12 he decided to take up guitar and found a friend for life. He played with numerous groups growing up in Central Fl. At age 25 he landed a job as lead guitarist, vocalist with an Atlanta based group signed to A&M Records. “MPG” That led to many other opportunities on CBS, and Retrospect Records to name a few. Besides being a founding member of “Creation”, he is currently the owner and producer at Studio Live USA . David is very excited about having an outlet such as “Creation” to perform original material with.
Gary Redwine - Growing up in Longwood, Florida. At 15, Gary joined his first band, “The Morning After” and began performing in the Orlando area playing with other bands such as “State of Mind.” In 1969 he joined good friend drummer Tom Wynn and played the famous Miami Beach Castaways Wreck Bar for the next year. After moving back to Central Florida he joined long time friend Jack West and formed “Birnam Wood” and soon moved to Macon,Ga. writing, recording and touring as an opening act for “Three Dog Night”, “Lynyrd Skynyrd”, “Steve Miller”, “Ten Years After”, to mention a few. Moving back to Central Florida in 75 and playing in various groups over the years, he has joined good friend, local musician and owner of “Studio Live USA” David Mikeal forming the band “CREATION”and fine tuning his passion of playing.
Gregory Seel - Gregory Steel is a multi-instrumentalist native to the Orlando area. Gregory has performed as a soloist and as a member of local bands since high school, continuing through college in the Florida Panhandle with blues acts such as Red Hills Rhythm & Blues and Professor of the Blues, Sir Charles Atkins.
Jay Newcomer - From Washington, D.C. At 15, Jay began performing in the local area nightspots. In 1973, he began 14 years of touring with “The Joe Savage Band”, a high-energy, multi-media, theatrical rock show. Settling in Orlando,Fl. in 1987, he regularly played in several hotels in Lake Buena Vista,Fl. before landing a 5 year run at Disney's Pleasure Island in 1990. After an extended hiatus , he has now found a renewed energy and passion for his craft in "Creation". When not performing, Jay and his wife Mary stay busy "giving back" to the city that has been so good to them.
Mark Stephenson - I’ve always had a passion for music, my spirit, it is a major part of me. My primary instrument being drums to express that primal heartbeat. I have performed in many Central Florida bands and traveled the road for a short period of time. Having been signed with Capricorn Records and recently with Sony opened more music doors for me. Creating music is an amazing adventure, especially live performances. The audience is an important part of that energy. Each member of the group changes the energy of that magic. Creation is my newest venture with an assembly of great musicians and spirited people. I feel blessed to be able to express this way in this gift of life.

CREATION V is the new band of Dave Mikeal, known by melodic rock aficionados as the guitarist for “MPG”, the group & album of the same name on CBS in 1981 which over the years became a cult LP and was reissued by Retrospect Records later. Mikeal got his own band DAVID releasing some albums during the Nineties and since then concentrated in producing new artists at his own Studio Live USA.But you never forget your first love… a couple years ago Mikeal wanted to record the many songs he wrote all over the years, and instead going solo, formed CREATION V.The result is ”In The Beginning”, the group’s debut CD of original material recorded, mixed and mastered over the last 2 years at his own studio, and where Mikeal delivers the type of tunes and arrangements we all love.Strongly ’80s influenced with nice melodies / harmonies as main focus, this is timeless American melodic rock served with an earthy sound, real musicians playing real instruments.
