A rock musician from Southern California is rocking fans around the world and there’s no end in sight. He’s been a singer, songwriter, guitarist, and front man on the rock music scene for sometime, and has seen his share of success with the recording group Silent Rage who released three critically acclaimed albums entitled “Shattered Hearts, Don't Touch Me There, and Still Alive.” Jesse is best known for his MTV single "Rebel With A Cause." As the founding leader of the band “Silent Rage” he was the driving force of one of rocks most promising bands from Los Angeles that rocked the socks off a certain cult of fans from the late 80’s era. Vocals and songwriting are his main strengths, but his guitar playing is his first love. His debut solo CD was released in 2003 entitled “The Hand That Rocks,” a mix of melodic rock, seasoned with intense ballads. His second solo CD released in 2004 entitled “Nothin’ Else Matters” has a newer sound and style, that fits today’s music, and generates a blend of Classic meet's Modern! Jesse’s fans around the world will be thrilled to know that he has released his Latest CD Entitled “Rebel Within.” The first track “Cry Out Loud,” sets the tone with a heavier feel. Another track entitled “All That I Am,” which has to do with the struggle to show who you are, and what you stand for in life, will be the song for the video of this new CD. One of the real striking tracks is “Hellhole To Heaven,” a fast rocker that takes its listeners on a high octane ride around the world and back! “ Rebel Within,” is armed to the teeth with brand new songs and a heavier sound that takes the listeners through a journey of solid hard rock material, which we've not seen the likes of since his Silent Rage heydays. Jesse Damon’s life has been a musical journey, influenced by several big artists in rock music history, namely Led Zepplin, The Beatles, KISS, and Black Sabbath. Also, some contemporary bands of today as well as some new influences by Audio Slave’s Chis Cornell, and the band Nickleback. Jesse has become a prominent writer, and has written songs for other artists, as well as for motion pictures, television, and his own solo career. Jesse Damon has worked with such producers as Bob Ezrin, Paul Sabu, Gene Simmons, Kevin Beamish, The French Brothers, among others. He received a Gold Album for songwriting with Legend Gene Simmons of KISS, and also received 3 South Bay Music Awards for, Best Independent CD, Rock Artist of the Year and most recently the Pioneer Award, for his contribution of bringing awareness to the emerging artists in the beach area, by performing, co-writing and recording with some of L.A.’s young new artist’s.And now… Jesse is once again ready to explode with his new CD! Jesse also started his own promotional record label in 2002. On Fire Records began in August of 2002, with the first solo artist release from Jesse Damon entitled "The Hand That Rocks", Produced by Paul Sabu. In June 2003, On Fire Records Licensed it to Z Records for release in Europe. Next, On Fire would release Jesse's sophmore CD called "Nothin' Else Matters". Z Records also released it in October of 2004. In 2006 Down To Hear Music would re-package and re-release NEM under the new title "Something To Believe In, including 5 brand new unreleased songs. In 2006 comes again another new title from Jesse Damon called "Rebel Within'". Southern California-based rock musician Jesse Damon, best known as the frontman for the popular melodic hard rock band SILENT RAGE, will release a new album called "Temptation In The Garden Of Eve" on September 27 via AOR Heaven/Metal Heaven. The CD will feature 11 brand new tracks laden with huge hooks and unforgettable choruses, all co-written by Jesse and acclaimed AOR melodic rocker Paul Sabu, who also produced the album. The studio band features backing vocals by Paul Sabu, who also doubles as bass player on the release, along with musicians Eric Ragno on keyboards, and Pete Newdeck of EDEN'S CURSE on drums and backing vocals. Jesse has once again delivered big on all the new songs, adding to the legacy of his works.Damon's story starts back in the glory days of the Eighties. With his band SILENT RAGE, he's best known for his extraordinary lead vocals and stellar guitar work on the MTV hit video "Rebel With A Cause".SILENT RAGE has released four critically acclaimed albums, including the Simmons Records/RCA Records release "Don't Touch Me There".Jesse's first three solo albums are a mix of well-crafted melodic rock songs and intense ballads. The musical pathway of Jesse Damon’s life has been inspired by some of the biggest artists in rock music. Jesse's story starts back in the glory days of the eighties as the lead singer and guitarist for the band Silent Rage that rose to fame in 1989 when signed by Gene Simmons to Simmons/RCA Records for their second release entitled "Don't Touch Me There", which brought critical acclaim and rave reviews. It was deemed #1 album on the European charts. "Rebel With A Cause" was the single featured on MTV and the video placed into heavy rotation on MTV's Headbangers Ball. The strength of the album and video led to the band opening for Black Sabbath on their North American tour. During this time in Jesse's career he formed a friendship with Gene Simmons of KISS, co-writing songs together and eventually co-writing the song “Thou Shalt Not” from the KISS album “Revenge” for which Jesse was presented a gold album award.In 2002, he went on to record another co-written song with Simmons, entitled "Everybody Needs Somebody" from his own debut album "The Hand That Rocks". Jesse launched into a solo career and has recorded six of his own releases. The first five solo albums are a mix of well-crafted melodic rock songs and intense ballads.Now he returns with a mighty album proving once again that he's still a rebel with a cause! Jesse Damon's new album, "Damon's Rage", delivers a killer dose of powerful songs, rock ‘n’ roll anthems and unforgettable choruses! He's known for his distinct vocals, songwriting and his rocking guitar style by blending melodic rock with metal to create his own sound, but his songwriting is his main maestro that is prevalent throughout his performances on this new album.
