The idea for the project started somewhere around 2015, when the two founders realized that they had written a ton of pretty awesome songs lately and perhaps it was time to put them all together in an album of some kind. Songwriting continued on and off for about a year and the entire project was originally intended as a hobby production, guitarist Kristoffer set to mix and produce.Sometime early 2017, having written about 10 songs, the two project members realized that they were on to something big, and decided that it was time to call in the professionals to make this more than just a hobby production. Sound engineer, producer and all around musical genius Marcus Mittilä was asked to produce, mix and master the entire album, and so the magic began.

The time has finally come, folks! Album number 2, titled Ascended, has left the comfort of our hard drives and begun its journey out into the vast expanse we call the internet.The road has been long and winding indeed, and the reality of having to adapt to the schedules of three people with full time jobs, families, life changing events, you name it, really made itself known in it's fully evolved form this time around. Suffice to say, everything took longer than we could have possibly anticipated, but that's just the way things go sometimes. What matters is that in the end, we have a product that we're fiercely proud of, and sincerely hope you will all enjoy listening to as much as we have enjoyed making it.A big thanks, as always, to My Last Whisper's third member, our producer, studio magician and brother in arms Marcus Mittilä of Morningtide Music. We would also like to thank all our fans for the support you've shown these past years, and for your patience in waiting for this to finally become reality.
