ROADKILL formed in 2006 - in response to a lack of genuine hard rock bands in Hobart!ROADKILL have released an EP 'More To Come' and 3 full length albums, "God Bless America (2007), "Profanity & Innuendo" (2012) and "Live" (2015) with a new 4th album, "Extinct' to be released in August 2016.Brett Collidge produced ROADKILL's debut album, "God Bless America" - released November 2007, the band playing numerous shows in 2008 - in support of their debut album, including a tour in Sydney, Newcastle and Wollongong in June.The second half of 2008 saw ROADKILL come to a screaming halt, with two members being involved in two separate serious car accidents, while another member left due to health problems! The band were 'off the road' for 2 years and returned in Feb 2010, as a 5 piece unit, the band releasing their 2nd album, "Profanity & Innuendo" in 2012 produced by Michael Shelley - which included a new 'bonus' tune, Rude Crude & Tattooed. A 3rd album titled, "Live 2015" was released the same year and all CD's can be purchased via Demon Doll records.com Vocalist Neil Steel also sings for veteran old school metal act, TYRANT (Australia). Bassist Ted Tedington is also in Rogue Sharks and Tyrant. Drummer squid and guitarist James are in Sons Of Solemn.

Oz rockers Roadkill are set to release the follow-up to their critically acclaimed 2016 CD "Extinct" via MelodicRock Records! The new album, "Ruled By Machines", is again produced by Psycroptic guitarist Joe Haley and features 11 songs of old school hard rock and heavy metal music. Recorded at Hobart's AAA studios in March 2018, 15 songs were recorded, with the new product featuring an even heavier flavour than its predecessor. The additional tracks recorded will appear at some point to come. "Ruled By Machines" is a hard rocking guitar driven opus for fans of AC/DC, L.A. Guns, Shakra, Motörhead, Krokus, KISS and more ...
