A long time ago there was an honored soldier who lived in a small town beyond the horizon. A place where the morning sun dew becomes one with the great mountains of the Castle-Valley.He was a respectful ruler, successful in his battles and led his people with an iron fist. He saw himself as loved, and as the obvious leader.But then one day he was betrayed by his loved ones, tricked into a situation that became his downfall. Buried and forgotten for many years, he regains his kingdom and rebukes the evil spirits that kept the city in fear for decades.
Album:
The Gothenburg band Arturius releases a colorful album in the days where magnificent symphonic elements are varied with heavy guitar riffs. The song material appeals to a wide audience and perhaps it is not that strange that the first single is already played at rockstations.Arturius was founded ten years ago, but initially focused on more traditional rock. After a couple of years, the band decided to go more to hard rock with symphonic elements and finally landed in the genre power metal. Now it's pouring out in the debut album and single "Spirit of Evil" where the big classic introna gives a sense of film music character that you like to be drawn to.The band consists of musicians who have participated in several different constellations over the years. Most prominent is their singer Apollo Papathanasio who released in 2016 his solo album Waterdevils. He has previously participated in bands like Spiritual Beggars, Firewind, Masquerade and Majestic.At the end of June, Arturius released his single "Spirit of Evil" and now 9/8 releases their debut album on Spotify, ITunes, Amazon, Google Play, etc.
