Frank Wiewel and Keith "Howdy" Brown played together in the Iowa band West Minist'r. They also built a recording studio of the same name. Wiewel went on to play with HAWKS. Brown lead the band Locust. Both produced nationally released albums. Stepping into the Producers chairs for several other acts including MCA artist Melvin James. They continue to create original music at Brown's Des Moines Studio, Crystal Sound.
