Injector was born in early 2012 in Cartagena, Spain, as a Thrash Metal trio, whose members were Dani (vocals and guitar), José Ángel “Mafi” (vocals and bass guitar) and Raúl “Kifi” (drums). The first songs came to life, and some months later, after a few shows, a new guitarist joined the band.In later 2012, early 2013, the band got restructured: the former drummer, Raúl “Kifi”, and Antonio Martínez, rhythm guitarist, left the band. Two new members joined Injector, forming the actual line-up: Alberto “Dannaya” (drums) and Daniel “DanyB” (guitar). Some months later, with many shows on their backs, Injector started to record their first EP “Harmony of Chaos”, a 6 track CD, released the 17th of August, 2013.Now, after a year full of shows, playing with bands like Brutal Thin, Su Ta Gar, or the Italian thrash metal band Ultra-Violence, Injector will start recording their new (and first) LP, called “Black Genesis”.

Cartagena, Spain-based thrash metallers, Injector, have revealed the cover artwork for their new album, Black Genesis. The artwork design was created by the artist Enrique Morales, representing the general theme of the album,The fall of man against nature itself.In the words of the band: “This album is definitely a major turning point for Injector. We’ve taken care of every detail, every subject… with love and patience, and we can’t wait to release it through Art Gates Records. A year after the release of our previous Harmony Of Chaos, the band is harder, faster and more aggressive with Black Genesis!!!”
