Brand New Machine (BNM) is an American rock band from Dallas, Texas formed in 2010. The band released a limited edition EP before landing on current lineup in 2012. In late 2012, lead vocalist Brantly Thompson and bassist Wiley E Oliver IV and drummer Kenny Sizelove reformed Brand New Machine with new found guitarist Michael Thomas and scheduled to release debut album June of 2013. Mid March their first single “Girls Like You” will hit the airwaves and will start supporting their upcoming album in the US and AU. The Story Begins… After a number of decadent and educational years in the Michigan music scene Brantly Thompson decided to make a move back to the place where his rock and roll dreams began under the endless canvas of Texas sky. Early on, Brant fronted multiple hard rock acts in the Dallas area. He eventually met bassist Wiley E Oliver IV (the great blonde Norse Viking) through a common friend and discovered their musical visions were in sync with one another. The duo started writing and tracking songs, working on honing in and crafting their new sound. With the songs in place BNM tore into the local music scene, quickly received a strong local following, and soon graduated on to larger national act shows rolling through the Southwest.After adding drummer Kenny Sizelove to the lineup they were really driving their live shows forward. Kenny hailing from Oklahoma City and eventually migrating to Dallas music scene had toured with multiple acts as well as he and Wiley had destroyed a few stages together prior to Brand New Machine.The band in search for the perfect guitarist to take it over the top found their answer in Michael Thomas in the meca of all musicians in Hollywood, California. Michael has a very well rounded background from playing in Beautiful Creatures to Adler’s Appetite (Steven Adler former drummer of Guns N Roses). The boys now have the momentum to deliver over the top high-energy rock shows worldwide.Brand New Machine supported multiple national acts during 2012 including Guns N Roses to Vince Neil of Motley Crue.
