Counterline begins in 2017, bringing together Harold Waller and Gg Andreas from another bands they had worked on for 7 years. In previous projects they had the opportunity to share the stage with great artists such as Scorpions, Cinderella, Twisted Sister, and Sebastian Bach. In search of new expectations, they decide to form a new project, which will preserve the best of the classic sound, with some American overtones. After having a clear concept of the sound, they bring this new proposal, they include the best songs to have a debut album without filler songs, but rather an album that can be enjoyed from beginning to end in its melodies, hooks and riffs.

Counterline emerged on the melodic hard rock scene in 2017, a project forged by the seasoned talents of Harold Waller and Gg Andreas. Having spent seven years honing their craft in previous bands, where they shared stages with iconic acts like Scorpions, Cinderella, Twisted Sister, and Sebastian Bach, Waller and Andreas sought new horizons. This quest for fresh artistic expression led them to create Counterline, a band dedicated to preserving the best of classic rock sound infused with distinct American overtones.The formation of Counterline was driven by a clear and focused vision. The duo meticulously curated their material, ensuring their debut album was packed with memorable melodies, hooks, and riffs, free of filler. This dedication to quality culminated in the release of their debut album, "One," on August 30, 2021. The album garnered rave reviews from the press, capturing the hearts of hard rock enthusiasts and selling out its initial press by March 2022.Building on the success of "One," Counterline expanded their contract with Lions Pride Music, setting the stage for their highly anticipated follow-up album. Titled "Two," this second masterpiece is slated for a worldwide release on September 30, 2024.
