Rust n’ Rage is a rock band formed in 2010, hailing from Pori, the west coast of Finland. Founding members of the band are guitarist Johnny and drummer Jezzie. The original line-up had a different singer, bassist and also another guitarist, Martti. In the early years of the band, Rust n’ Rage mainly played covers, all the while creating their own material. The band's true spirit and line-up started forming when Vince took the mantle of the singer and Eddy grabbed the bass. Not long after, there was a demo session of three songs, and two of the songs ended up on the debut album later on. Rust n’ Rage was going on strong as a 5-man band, until Martti decided to focus on his own projects and passions. The band decided to keep on going as a 4-man group, with only the power of one guitar. At this point, they already had a lot of own material and it was time to record a debut album. The debut ”Showdown”, was released at the start of 2013 via local record company Ektro Records. Three music videos were released from the album and the record got mainly good reviews from all around the globe. After intense touring around Finland, it was time to start going abroad. Rust n’ Rage went for a 6-gig tour, that consisted of gigs in Sweden, Latvia and ended in Estonia in the summer of 2014. From here, the band had loads of new ass-kickin’ material and after choosing which songs to record for a second album, all that was left was to start recording it. In the summer of 2015, Rust n’ Rage started the Nothing to Lose tour, which was done with another Pori based band, Serpico. This tour had gigs in Latvia and Finland and ended up with eight gigs, all around England.

As previously announced, Frontiers Music Srl is pleased to welcome Finland's Rust n' Rage to the label's ever-growing stable of exciting new young talent. The band will release its label debut "One For The Road", produced by Jimmy Westerlund (One Desire). Through lots of hard work and gigging, Rust n' Rage has been starting to make a name for itself in home country Finland. With energetic live shows and anthemic songwriting, this rock n' roll quartet is ready to introduce itself to the world more than ever before. Be sure to stay tuned for the album, which will be chock full of anthemic, hard rocking, melodic tunes.Coming from a small town in Finland called Pori, Rust n' Rage is made up of four guys who all live for a similar cause: rock n' roll. While individually practicing a lifestyle of hard rockin' and playing their hearts out around their small town, it didn't take long for Vince, Johnny, Jezzie and Eddy to meet and realize they had a shared musical vision. Their musical influences originate from the 80s, with their idols being such legends as Guns n' Roses, Judas Priest, Mötley Crüe, Dokken and the likes. Rather than merely be the sum of their influences though, Rust n' Rage concentrates its songwriting on being separate from the influences, while still maintaining those awesome hard rock riffs and high-pitched vocal screams. In 2020, things started rolling for the band, having found a new manager and a new producer to help them get the musical vision properly recorded. Based on the strength of the newly created/recorded singles, the band caught the interest of Frontiers Music Srl, who has signed them to a worldwide deal. Signing with Frontiers is an opportunity to release music to a global audience and to show the world what they are made of.
