Since 2011 Victorius are Dirk, Rene, Steven, Andreas and front man David. But the beginnings of the band lie back in the past.Victorius was founded in 2004 by Dirk, Steven and Andreas, who admired various heavy, speed and power metal bands. Till the first demo in 2008 the band sharpened its sound and laid the foundations for a great future: Front man David and drummer Rainer joined the band. As a result in the following years the band played many live gigs, especially in the Middle German area. The slogan was 'Power Metal is alive'! The consistent consequence was the recording of the first longplayer 'Unleash The Titans' in 2010. The name of the album was a manifesto and the stages became bigger.After some changes on the drum seat in 2011 Victorius introduced Rene as worthy replacement for Rainer. Victorius is the new power metal powerhouse, gracing the artist roster of Massacre Records! The band already released 3 studio albums since its formation more than a decade ago. They also toured with bands like Freedom Call or Van Canto through Europe, and played at numerous festivals like the Rock Harz Open Air in Germany. Victorius now presents its new and fourth album "Heart Of The Phoenix", to be released on January 13, 2017 - which also marks the band‘s third international release. The new album showcases the band‘s strengths: strong melodies, heavy and fast rhythms and sharp vocals. Victorius will once again go on a European tour with Grave Digger and their labelmates Mystic Prophecy in January/February 2017!.

Leading the listener into a far-out world of myths, tales and battles with new allies to save mankind, their new album "Dinosaur Warfare Pt. 2 - The Great Ninja War" merges the worlds of the band's "Dinosaur Warfare - Legend Of The Power Saurus" EP and previous album, "Space Ninjas From Hell". This otherworldly amalgamation blends the thrilling plot of their new opus with grand storytelling, forcing you to wonder if you're listening to an album or experiencing the next huge blockbuster action hit, on record! This adventurous ride sees the mighty dinosaurs rise again to fight against the evil space ninja clan Sunbladers. Led to the battle ground by a magical mammoth, the laser dinosaurs unite their power on earth and in the sky to halt the ninja's second try to enslave mankind! "Dinosaur Warfare Pt. 2 - The Great Ninja War" sets off with a monumental introduction, cracking open this mystical world as it flows into "Victorious Dinogods". The track initiates battle with relentless power metal as the mighty dinogods resurrect to protect mankind against the space ninja attack. Luckily, the dinogods don't stand alone, as they are proudly joined in battle by the "Mighty Magic Mammoth", awakened by a fiery comet. But wait, there are more brothers-in-arms (and songs) on their way - like "Jurassic Jetfighters", "Triceps Ceratops" and "Tyrannosaurus Steel". The three join forces to fight the ninjas and their fearsome dragon, as fabled on smashing track "Dinos And Dragons", spiced with an intense guitar solo praising the tradition of speed metal with a remarkable virtuosity. A foreshadowing of what's to come when the ninjas take command is described with "Katana Kingdom Rising", setting off with stomping drums that lead to an anthemic chorus.
