Album:

Thousand Miles Away is a 1998 hard rock album by the German band Wild Frontier released under PRIME Entertainment.Unlike the band's rougher debut One Way to Heaven, "Thousand Miles Away" delivers a much smoother, catchy hard rock sound.Influences: The tracks feature melodic arrangements and subtle Irish folk influences blended into traditional melodic hard rock.Key Tracks: Includes songs like "In the Middle of Nowhere," "The End of the Road," and the title track.Reviews and retrospective mentions note that it showcases the band's growth toward a polished, radio-friendly melodic rock style while maintaining strong guitar work and hooks.Another criminally overlooked band...great german melodic hard rock.
