After the band "4Pressure" broke up at the beginning of 2012 due to musical and personal differences, singer Marcel Parma, guitarist Maximilian Werner and bassist Benjamin Claas decided to continue their joint work. The troupe was completed by drummer Adrian Beier and finally by guitarist Sebastian Eilf, so that on May 1, 2012 Proxillian full for the first time. In the following years, the five guys dealt with the processing of existing material and the completion of the first live shows.Finally, in the summer of 2013, the band entered the Wiesenberg studio, where the first version of their debut album "But Sorrow Remains" was recorded. The album was released - initially on its own - in October 2013.In July 2014, Proxillian finally signed a record deal with the Cologne label "RPM Music". Then in the following months, the existing debut album was remastered and finally officially released worldwide with a new artwork and booklet on the classic retail.At the end of 2014, guitarist Maximilian left the band for musical reasons to fully devote himself to his new band. The Braunschweiger were replaced by Alexander Zeis, who took Maximilians place.Parallel to the development of new song material, it came repeatedly to disputes with RPM Music, which led to the band decided to end the collaboration with the label by September 2017. Regardless of this, bassist Benjamin Claas decided in August 2017 to leave the band due to personal differences and ambitions.Currently the band is working on new song material for their second studio album.
