Stone Leaders are a new dark prog band.Drummer extraordinaire John Macaluso (Ark, Yngwie Malmsteen, Riot, TNT, Symphony X, Jennifer Batten, James LaBrie, and now with Labyrinth) is proud to announce his new project, STONE LEADERS, an exciting new Progressive Metal Band featuring guitarist/vocalist Ivan Mihaljevic (Side Effects), lead vocalist/keyboardist Dino Jelusic (Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Animal Drive) and bassist Marko Karacic (Side Effects). After spearheading the critically-acclaimed band Ark, Macaluso’s creative juices continued to flow in the direction of innovative, progressive music and he found a partner in Croatian shredder Ivan Mihaljevic who in turn was walking the same path, their creative forces united and the result was Stone Leaders. They soon found Dino and Marko and the rest is history! An avid composer, Macaluso also takes pride in the fact that he wrote all lyrics to this album! A dark, yet fresh-sounding progressive metal band with not one but two powerhouse singers in the vein of Ray Gillen, Russell Allen and Jorn Lande, Stone Leaders are ready to set the prog/metal world AND your speakers on fire!!
