Alex Meister is a songwriter, producer and renowned guitarist with more than 30 years of career. He has played alongside several bands and abroad, such as Savatage, Whitesnake, Motörhead, Queensrÿche, Saxon and Angra. His career includes several works launched worldwide, projects alongside names like Mark Boals (ex-Yngwie Malmsteen) and Edu Ardanuy (Dr. Sin). He edited four CDs; instrumental solo Alex Meister - My Way (2011) and three more with the Hard Rock’s band Pleasure Maker, Love On The Rocks (2004), Twisted Desire (2008) and Dancin' With Danger ( 2018), albums that have been released and distributed in countries in North America, Europe and Asia for labels such as Spiritual Beast (Japan), Perris Records (USA), Steelheart Records (Italy) and Animal Records (Brazil). To promote these works, the video clips of “What’s Up?” and “Helena” in a solo career, as well as “It Ain’t Bout Love” and “Dancin’ With Danger ” with the Pleasure Maker. The year 2019 marked the new phase of his career, ending the cycle of the band Pleasure Maker after more than 15 years on the road and releasing the single "Just Thinkin 'About You", which brought him back to his solo career, debuting the front vocals and debuting his brand new Marenna-Meister project.

Best described as a modern journey back to the ’80s glory days when Hair Metal / glammy Melodic Hard Rock ruled the airwaves the album rolls with eleven tracks that bring the vibe, the hooks and all of the catchy choruses that fans of the genre will embrace and play turned to 10.It’s a dynamic set of songs with a bright production sure to delight fans of Kane Roberts, Warrant, Winger, etc, with a glam L.A. 80s hard rock feel and at the same time melodic, plus dexterous guitar licks and solos.Alex Meister has been a guitarist for over 30 years and has worked as a teacher for just over 20. Starting as member of metal band Thoten, the guitarist released an instrumental CD (Alex Meister “My Way” in 2011), three with the Melodic Hard Rock band Pleasure Maker (“Love On the Rocks” in 2004, “Twisted Desire” in 2008 and “Dancin’ With Danger” in 2018) and his recent project Marenna-Meister (“Out of Reach” in 2020).In 2019 Meister released two singles for different projects, marking the new phase of his career and ending the cycle of the band Pleasure Maker after more than 15 years on the road. The first single, “Just Thinkin ‘About You,” reprised his solo career and debut on lead vocals. That was accompanied by the re-recording the track “Love On The Rocks,” which opened the doors for this debut album “Rock And A Hard Place”.The second single, “Follow Me Up,” with the new project Marenna-Meister, culminated in the signing of the contract with the label Lions Pride Music (Denmark) for the worldwide release of their CD “Out of Reach” on September 28th 2020.Alex has also made appearances recording songs by other artists and bands such as the AOR / Melodic Rock project Paradise Inc., Mark Boals, Alec Michels, etc.
