Foolish Pleasure is a precious and memorable melodic hard rock band from California, active between 1989 and 1994.They had two studio albums in 1993 and 1994 and a demo cassette in 1989. Both albums are rare, released by RIP Records. This label only released two albums for Foolish Pleasure.Not all the songs are my cup of tea, because some of their songs sound strange which I do not like very much, but they really have many amazing songs from both albums.The second album "Look Up" by Foolish Pleasure is rarer, which is not included on heavyharmonies. I can find only one song from the second album that is uploaded on youtube. It is this melodic rock song "She's Walking Away". This is the only song in this album that I want to recommend. By comparison, their songs in the debut are much better.Anyway, "She's Walking Away" is really a brilliant song, which stands out among all the songs by Foolish Pleasure. Let's enjoy it. The voice of Rick Irwin is distinctive.
Rick Irwin - vocals - started his musical career at 15 by playing rhythm guitar and singing backing vocals with "Danny & the Drop Ins." Thirteen years of college were pursued to hone in his gifts in music, dance, creative writing, and theatre. His influences include everything and everyone involved in the music business. Irwin has had some international success with songs from his former melodic rock group "Foolish Pleasure." Rick also has music in movies and t.v.

Good rare debut full-length album.The album was released by the record label RIP Record.Voice from Rick Irwin alike to Francis Dunnery (former It Bites singer and frontman) at times and that could be good..best songs for me are tracks 3,4,5,6,8(rocks good!),9 & 11.Foolish Pleasure are a bit untraditional, but fans of David Lee Roth will. Perfect !!
