Ghostreaper is a solo project by Mikk Hollenberg and is a guitarist with the band Voodoma in daily life. He played all guitar, bass and keyboard parts for this album and wrote all the songs. For the vocals on the album, he has invited several singers who can be heard on one or more songs. Immediately said that one singer is not the other and that the level does fluctuate somewhat.For example, Jordy Noran in "High Noon" and Deibys Artigas in "Sons Of The Gun" and "Red Moon Rising" are on track. These songs are also great hard rock tracks. "Desperados" starts with a typical spaghetti western melody and then continues as a dragging metal track. After these tracks, the style is shifted more to power and gothic metal with less talented singers. "House Of Hell" and "Darkness Of Sin" are the least songs on this varied album. The power metal track ‘Farewell’ then concludes the album positively. Ghostreaper presents an album here with various styles, one of which will suit you better than the other, but leaves a positive impression across the board.
