BlindSide Thunder started as a Rhode Island cover band in 2009. After a hiatus and a lineup change, BlindSide played regularly in RI and MA from 2011 thru the end of 2012. This two year period allowed BlindSide to focus on its band identity, sound and gradual shift towards writing original music. BlindSide was featured on Heavy TV twice. These shows were aired on Verizon Fios and Cox Communications public access channels in RI, MA and CT. In the fall of 2012, BlindSide Thunder released its first EP which contained two original tracks and four licensed covers. 2013 brought another lineup change and more original music. BlindSide Thunder is currently wrapping production on a full length cd called The Storm.
