Profile Taste was formed by the two brothers Christoffer and Felix Borg the day before new year’s eve in 2009. First, Taste was only supposed to be a side-project, because both also had played in other groups. But it didn’t take long before the Swedes decided to turn Taste into a full band. During the two following years, they wrote and recorded five songs inspired by the 80′s and bands like Europe, FM, Giant, Valentine and White Lion.Since they never met any suitable band members to complete the line-up and therefore couldn’t play live, the brothers decided to record their first full-length album themselves. Taste had a vision to blend a vintage 80’s sound with a fresh modern production. The self-titled album was recorded, mixed and mastered by Christoffer Borg in his own studio and will now be released on CD by AOR Heaven on January 18th.

Taste was born on the day before New Year’s Eve 2009, when the two brothers Christoffer and Felix Borg decided to make music together. The vision was to make classic 80s AOR, greatly inspired by FM, Giant and Strangeways. Signing a deal with AOR Heaven, the self-titled album was released in January 2013. The album received a lot of good reviews for their classic keyboard driven sound. After doing a few live performances, the brothers joined Art Nation. During this time, Christoffer started studying to become a music producer and they decided to leave Taste aside until there was enough time to do it properly. After a four year hiatus the brothers finally found the time to work together again. With a brand-new single, "We Are Back", released on their own, they signed a new deal with AOR Heaven and in August 2018 they’ll release their highly anticipated second album, "Moral Decay", which was recorded and mixed at Top Floor Studios inGothenburg by Christoffer Borg (Anthrax, Amaranthe, Danko Jones). The album was mastered by Jacob Hansen (Volbeat, Amaranthe, Epica).
