It all started in 2005. I had just recorded the second album by my band LOCOMOTIVE BREATH, where we did a cover of "Can't Fake It" by TARGET (Jimi Jamison's 70s band). Joe Romagnola of Grooveyard Records liked what I'd done to the song. He started harassing me about doing a cover album. I generally don't like cover albums, even though I've been on a few. I've never really figured why the world would need yet another umpteenth version of "Purple Haze" or, God forbid, "Sweet Home Alabama"... However... after discussions back and forth and with the prerequisite that I could do songs that in some way have inspired me, songs I still love and can stand by, and songs that have never, or at least rarely, been covered before. In 2006 the first album saw the light of day, featuring covers by bands like POINT BLANK, MARCUS, MONTROSE, MOUNTAIN, CAPTAIN BEYOND, STRAY DOG, BUDGIE, NEON ROSE etc. I had a lot of awesome guests such as Dan Swanö, Lori Linstruth, Micke Nord Andersson, Roger Holegård, Anders Johansson etc etc.In 2010 "Volume Two" was unearthed! It featured covers of bands like TRIGGER, LESLIE WEST BAND, TRAPEZE, RORY GALLAGHER, PAT TRAVERS, OZZ, BLACKFOOT, RESURRECTION BAND, UFO, ZZ TOP etc. Among the guests there are: Paul Shortino, John Norum, Rusty Burns, Tommy Denander, Greg Martin, Jarrod England, Sven Cirnski, Cindy Weichmann, Christian Liljegren etc.In December 2015, it was time for "Volume Three" featuring covers of TRIUMPH, CAIN, DIAMOND REO, RUSH, THE HUNT, BOOMERANG, KANSAS, MOTHER'S FINEST etc and guest artists like Neil Merryweather, Carl Dixon, Kee Marcello, Mikael Nord Andersson, Ken Hammer, Martin J Andersen, Peter Hermansson, Thomas Vikström etc.
