THE WHOCARES is a Belgian band playing “Hard Driven Rock & Roll Power”. Influences range from 70s acts like Radio Birdman, Sonic’s Rendez-vous Band, KISS and Ramones to more contemporary bands like The Hellacopters, Gluecifer, Turbonegro and The Datsuns.A first steady line-up released a MCD “That’s Right” (2003), a split 7”EP with Bad Preachers (2006) and a split CD with Chuck Norris Experiment (SWE), V8Wankers (GER) and Electric Frankenstein (USA) (2007). Over the years more than 60 local and international shows were performed with acts like Adam West, El Guapo Stuntteam, Texas Terri Bomb, Gecko Brothers, Peter Pan Speedrock, Adam Bomb, The Kids, … Between 2009 and 2011 however, line up problems caused things to slow down.After finding a new singer (Gaz Hard), the band returned to the stage in early 2012. During the year a second guitar player was added (Roberto Diablo) and a switch behind the drumkit took place (C.J. Piston). This time original members Nino NoGoode (guitar) and Sleazy Slim Jim (bass) knew they’ve got the perfect band together for a rock rampage! Released in 2012 were the “Smooth Driving Tunes” EP, and the “Get Them” digital only compilation.In 2013 THE WHOCARES will further claim its place on stages, and will work on a first full length album.
