Olaf Hayer is the name of an extraordinary but little recognized, German vocalist who in this blog all know for his work on the solo project of Luca Turilli .Biographical data of not much, practically nothing that can be found on the internet, unless born in Germany in a place called Gifhorn, where at age 15 he began playing drums in a band and backing vocals, band which not remember the name, but one day he resigned and vocalist Olaf had the confidence to take his place. The rest is history.Olaf has a beautiful voice, which has allowed him to engage with different groups of different styles, among which could highlight the Hard Rock, Power Metal and Melodic Metal. In his own words: never took singing lessons, which looks amazing.His influences are Brian Johnson (AC / DC), Michael Kiske , Ralf Scheepers, Rob Halford, Tony Harnel, Bruce Dickinson, among others. In 1999 it becomes lead singer of the German-Swedish band Dionysus , which was created by drummer Sinergy, Ronny Milianowicz with whom dropped three albums of indisputable quality, Sign of Truth, 2002, Anima Mundi 2004, and Fairytales and Reality, 2006, unfortunately in 2008 the band broke up, which was a real shame.Currently Olaf Hayer is vocalist Symphonity , formerly known as Nemesis, band that recorded the debut album "Voices from Silence". Hopefully hear it again in the highly anticipated new album Luca and waiting to be less desperate, after the jump are some audios and videos of this talented vocalist and majestic.
