Liberty N' Justice (LNJ) is a Christian hard rock band started in 1991 by Justin Murr and Patrick Marchand. In 2002, Murr continued with the Liberty N' Justice name, contacting several well-known artists to join him in creating the new album Welcome to the Revolution. In autumn let the melodic hard rock band Liberty n ‘Justice EP “Better Than Maroon 5” and is the sequel to the 2014 album “The Vow”. Liberty N ‘Justice consists of members Justin Murr, Larry Worley and Brent Stortzum.Liberty N' Justice, the Christian influenced melodic rock project with a 20 year history, has signed with the independent label HighVolMusic for their next release, the Better Than Maroon 5 EP.Liberty N' Justice has been turning out some of the most-talked-about records in the melodic rock market. Their last all-star album, The Cigar Chronicles, was their best yet. It featured 26 songs and over 70 guest musicians.The upcoming release, Better Than Maroon 5, is the second album since LNJ transformed from a project to full-fledged band. Founder Justin Murr is joined on this new record with Larry Worley formerly of Fear Not and Brent Stortzum.In the past, LNJ's projects have become a who's who in rock music, featuring many artists in rock n’ roll. This next chapter will add another dimension to the already solidified legacy of Liberty N' Justice giving the rock world another world-class release.

For years now, the guys behind Liberty n’ Justice have put out release after release of great melodic hard rock/metal, usually featuring a smörgåsbord of special guest musicians from both the Christian and secular realms of the music industry. With this latest best-of release, the second of its kind and supposedly the band’s last all-star collaboration, they give us four hot new tracks from the actual LNJ band, plus 15 tracks taken from Soundtrack of the Soul (2006), Independence Day (2007), Light It Up (2010), Chasing a Cure (2011), Hell Is Coming to Breakfast (2012), and The Cigar Chronicles (2013). The four new tracks include “Honor Among Thieves,” a mid-tempo bluesy hard rocker; “Grace and Gravity,” which picks up the pace a bit with a bluesy modern rock feel; “Memphis,” which has a more commercial hard rock flair; and “Lost and Found,” which slows the pace down a bit for a more melodic rocking ballad feel. The album is due out physically in October, but you can pre-order now and receive the digital version immediately.

This is it...the final curtain call for the melodic hard rock band, Liberty N Justice. Band founder, bass player, and song writer, Justin Murr, has stated that he is closing this chapter of his musical life, which he as spent more than 20 years wrigint.In doing so, he is taking Liberty N Justice back to where it came from, as a band, and not an all-star project, which is how the band gained its 15 minutes of fame. Sure, there are still some guest appearances, but the singers are there to add background vocals, not to be lead singers. Additionally, JK Northrup handles all of the guitars this time around, with Murr, Eric Ragno, and Michael Feighan also contributing all of their own individual instrumental performances, with no guest "rock stars" to fill in. This is the band, folks, and they are for real.
