Band from the Czech Republic playing Adult Oriented Rock (AOR).The band was formed in 2010, originally as a studio project, which developed into a regular band after recording the first EP. The current line-up, which consists of experienced musicians from the Olomouc city area, was settled in 2014. The band played many successful concerts in the Czech Republic and also abroad (Germany, Poland, Slovakia).BLACK TIGER performed as a support band with some melodic rock/AOR artists:DAN REED (ex. DAN REED NETWORK), PRETTY MAIDS, MIKE TRAMP (ex. WHITE LION), HOUSE OF LORDS, MICHAEL SCHENKER GROUP, TUFF, SHAMELESS, HUMAN ZOO, WILD FRONTIER, ESTRELLA.The band recorded the first long-playing record in the studio of Tanzan Music (Italy) in 2017, with the producer Mario Percudani (Hungryheart, Hardline). Album:
Black Tiger, the band from Czech Republic playing a mix of AOR and melodic rock, was formed in 2010 being the only representative of the AOR genre in its home country. The band released three independent EPs: "All Over Night" (2010), "Road To Rock" (2013) and "Songs From Abyss" (2015). The last two featured Dan Reed as guest. The EPs of the band received positive reviews in prestigious mags like Powerplay and Classic Rock Presents AOR. Black Tiger performed in various clubs and festivals in Czech Republic as well as in Germany, Poland and Slovakia, where the band shared stages with acts like House Of Lords, Dan Reed Network, Pretty Maids, Mike Tramp, Little Caesar, Hungryheart and Michael Schenker. Black Tiger recorded its first full-length album during 2017 at Tanzan Music Studio with Mario Percudani as producer. The album offers a mix of AOR and melodic rock with the emphasis on strong melodies, big choruses, rich guitars, interesting arrangements and a clear & powerful sound. The album contains ten original songs with guest appearances of well-known names such as Dan Reed, Mario Percudani, Josh Zighetti, etc.
