The Outfit, from Chicago have been creating a buzz since coming on to the rock scene. Their first single “Soldier Boy” released in 2018, secured the #34 spot on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock Chart. The band isn’t re-inventing the wheel, and it never tries to; thats it’s charm. The three words to describe the band is Original, bold, rock. The Outfit shows they have the chops of veteran musicians, yet the forward thinking attitude to make an impact with a fresh unique sound for today's music scene. The new single “Viking” has been received enthusiastically by crowds at the bands recent performances including the Rock USA festival earlier this summer. The Outfit will release their new album entitled ‘Viking" in February 2020, while dropping the single Viking on September 20th. The album was mixed by multi-platinum producer Ulrich Wild (Breaking Benjamin, Static-X, Deftones, Pantera, White Zombie). The band will continue touring this Fall and will make stops in February 2020 at the world famous Whisky A Go Go, along with shows in Las Vegas, San Diego and Phoenix.

Chicago based rock band The Outfit bring you their their upcoming new album ‘Viking‘ released 27th March 2020.From the streets of Chicago, something is brewing. Chicago veteran musicians, brothers Mark and Matt Nawara, and Mike Gorman, along with Phoenix, Arizona’s Andy Mitchell have formed The Outfit.The Outfit brings you straight up rock and roll, with catchy hooks and an aggressive sound. The Nawara brothers played the Chicago club scene for years, along with writing and recording original music. Mike Gorman comes from two legendary Chicago bands, Pezband and Off Broadway. Rounding out the lineup is singer/songwriter and guitarist Andy Mitchell, whose past bands included Dish, Verona and 9 Volt.The Outfit released their first self-titled album on February 2, 2018. It was engineered by Chicago music veteran Matt Mercado at Sonic Palace Studios in Oak Park, Illinois. Mixing was handled in Los Angeles by Grammy nominated, multi-platinum producer and mixer Ulrich Wild (Pantera, Static-x, White Zombie, Deftones, and Breaking Benjamin).Ultimately, the band wants to bring the rock scene back to basics with an edge. ‘Wire‘ surely has followed the success of the album’s lead single,’Soldier Boy‘, which currently has over 60,000 streams on Spotify and has been receiving airplay all over Rock Radio stations. ‘Soldier Boy‘ peaked at number 34 on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock Radio Chart.The Outfit will release their new album entitled ‘Viking’ on March 27, 2020, while releasing the single ‘Come Alive‘ on March 24th. The instant gratification track from the album, ‘Viking‘ released late last year has over 92,000 streams, while the video has over 360,00 views on YouTube. The album was mixed by multi-platinum producer Ulrich Wild (Breaking Benjamin, Static X, Deftones, Pantera, White Zombie). The band will continue touring this fall and into 2020.
