The Crossrock is formed by Rane Cross on vocals and guitar, Israel Nicoletti on guitar and vocal back-up and JP on drums and vocal back-up and Savio Jr. on bass and vocal back-up.The Crossrock São Paulo band brings in his music the essence of Hard Rock 80s.Since 2006 with the release of the first demo of the band, "Our Rock Come From Heaven" the Crossrock been doing shows all over Brazil and conquering a diverse audience ranging from passionate about metal scene to the general public.The Crossrock already stands out today with a loyal following. His new work, the album "Come On Baby" contains 13 tracks of pure copyright Hard Rock and Metal Hair.Crossrock are influenced by bands like Guardian, Whitecross, Stryper, Idle Cure, Petra, Shout, Ken Tamplin, Bloodgood, Winger, Holy Soldier, Fire House, Mr. Big, T.N.T, Angelica, Danger Danger, White Lion, Whitesnake, Cinderella, The QuireBoys and other great bands.The band consists of Rane Cross [Vocals/bass/acoustic guitar], Israel Nicolleti [guitar and back vocals] and J.P. [drums].

The band was formed in Sao Paulo, Brazil, a couple of years ago and the band quickly build up a steady following back home. The bands music is best described as straight forward melodic rock with the influences of Winger, Guardian, White Cross and many more. The band release their first album through Lion’s Pride Music and will embark on a European tour in 2016.Crossrock were formed in Sao Paulo a couple of years back and, according to their press release, they are the "first ever Melodic Rock band out of Brazil to make an impact on the international scene of the genre". I'm not entirely sure what kind of impact they've made, but with stated influences including the likes of Winger, Guardian and White Cross, a 2016 European tour in the offing and growing airplay around the world, the enticing "quality songs with great riffs" strapline certainly merits investigation.What we find in 'Come On Baby' is an album that, despite what its somewhat hackneyed title suggests, a band of potential. Opener 'Call You', for example, has a great bridging melody and a strong hook. 'It's All I Need' blends melody with a meaty riff and driving rhythm that showcase well the band's heavier side. 'Never Give Up' is the kind of fluffy track that you'd say had "single potential" were it to appear on an album by a bigger band. 'Let's Dance' is an upbeat, energetic, Aerosmith-type track replete with harmonica while 'I Feel Your Cold' gets a bit Funky, with a nice bit of bass and the pleasing addition of a saxophone showing imagination and offering something a bit different. There is a fun element here that helps to lift the album and sustain the listener through its latter stages.
