The year 2012 in Christchurch, New Zealand saw the birth of the four-piece hard rock band Pieces of Molly. The band is made up of Ewen Glasgow (vocals and guitar), Doug Stewart (bass), Sam Kubiak (guitar), and Kurt Fleming (drums).Since their creation, they have gone on to release 2 EPs and 7 singles including Spirit man and Dead sky which gained them air time on radio stations The Rock and Radio Hauraki. Pieces of Molly's talent and passion for music was noted by the US music label Ripple Music who have since signed the band.Alongside delivering spectacularly high-energy gigs on tours across New Zealand and Australia, Pieces Of Molly have also played well-known festivals across both countries such as River range, Mojo burning, and Dead of winter. The band have also played support slots for International bands such as Radio Moscow, Anvil, 1000mods, Wo Fat and local legends such as Head Like A Hole, Beastwars and The Datsuns.Pieces Of Molly influences include The Datsuns, Motorhead, Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin and All Them Witches to name a few.
