Heavy Metal band from Barcelona, Spain (before from La Plata, Buenos Aires in Argentina) formed in 2012.Two records were released there: ‘Demo 2014’ and the 2016 full length ‘Rage N’ Fever’, which has a 2017 German re edition by the Witches Brew label.
Also, two official videos were out on YouTube along with an album support tour featuring opening shows for bands such as Exciter and Enforcer and several concerts in south america like Paraguay, Bolivia and Argentina.In 2018 I moved to Barcelona and reformed the band with the most outstanding musicians of the local scene: Jan Paelinck on guitars, Cristian Blade on bass and Ángel Smolski on drums.

Blackfire is the second album from this Argentinian band by the name of Raptore.They play a sweet, speedy style of ‘80s-inspired metal that takes converts but no prisoners. "Triumphal March to Hell" opens the proceedings with a blur of guitars and drums which will have you thinking of the pioneers of speed metal. They slow down a bit and ramp up the melody on cuts like the title track and "Prisoner of the Night," channeling early power metal, and end with the upbeat, rocking "Death" that despite the title is a slice of pure, unadulterated US metal from the days prior to the proliferation of genres and pigeonholing. The vocals are clear, high and a little pissed off, the guitars and drums sound good and the production is rough around the edges, which is just what this kind of music needs. The songwriting is hardly revolutionary but with influences ranging from Exciter to Helloween and Scanner and even Mötley Crüe and Icon worn proudly upon their denim and leather sleeves, Raptore are as close to a sure thing for fans of speedy traditional metal as you are going to find.
